Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact BluefitMD within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the damage
• Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging

Approved claims will be reviewed by our Customer Support team and, when appropriate, a replacement or refund will be issued at BluefitMD's discretion.

BluefitMD reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet these requirements.

Shipping Policy

BluefitMD ships orders within the United States using UPS.

• Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
• Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier operations.
• Orders shipped within Florida typically arrive within 1–3 business days after shipment.
• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information when available.
