Results vary, and not all patients will be eligible for all treatments.

Medication Categories & Safety Disclosures
Below is important information for the compounded prescription therapies offered through BluefitMD.
Compounded Semaglutide & Tirzepatide
Common Side Effects:
- Nausea or vomiting
- Constipation or diarrhea
- Injection site irritation
- Decreased appetite
Serious Risks:
- Pancreatitis (abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting)
- Gallbladder disease
- Low blood sugar, especially if used with other diabetes medications
Contraindications:
- Personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma
- History of MEN 2 (Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2)
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:
These medications are not recommended for use while pregnant or breastfeeding. Discuss alternatives with your provider.
Storage:
Refrigerate between 36–46°F (2–8°C). Do not freeze. Protect from light.
MICC + B12 (Lipotropic Injections)
Common Side Effects:
- Mild soreness at the injection site
- Temporary flushing or dizziness
- Upset stomach
Warnings:
- Not a substitute for proper nutrition or medical weight management
- Avoid if allergic to B vitamins or any injection components
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:
Consult your provider. MICC+B12 may be safe, but dosage and frequency must be personalized.
Storage:
Store in the refrigerator. Do not freeze.
Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
Common Side Effects:
- Acne or oily skin
- Mood changes or irritability
- Swelling of ankles or feet
Serious Risks:
- Increased red blood cell count (polycythemia)
- Risk of cardiovascular events in some individuals
- Prostate enlargement or stimulation of existing prostate cancer
Contraindications:
- Men with breast or prostate cancer
- Severe untreated sleep apnea
- Known hypersensitivity to testosterone
Pregnancy:
Not for use in women who are or may become pregnant.
Storage:
Store in original vial at room temperature away from light.
Methylene Blue
Common Side Effects:
- Blue or green discoloration of urine
- Mild dizziness or nausea
- Headache
More Serious Effects:
- Serotonin syndrome (especially if taken with SSRIs, SNRIs, or MAOIs)
- Hemolytic anemia in G6PD-deficient individuals
Contraindications:
- Known G6PD deficiency
- Concurrent use with serotonergic drugs without medical supervision
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:
Not recommended. Safety in these populations has not been established.
Storage:
Store away from light. Follow pharmacy guidance for specific formulations.
NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide)
Common Side Effects (Injection, Spray, Patch, Cream):
- Mild fatigue or flushing
- Local skin irritation
- Nasal dryness or irritation (nasal spray)
- Nausea or dizziness
Warnings:
- Use nasal or topical formulations as directed to avoid overuse
- Monitor for allergic reactions or unexpected fatigue
Contraindications:
- Known hypersensitivity
- Use in pregnancy or breastfeeding without provider approval
Drug Interactions:
- Use caution with insulin, metformin, or corticosteroids
Storage:
Injectables: Refrigerate. Others: Follow package directions.
Sermorelin (GHRH Analog)
Common Side Effects:
- Redness or discomfort at injection site
- Headache or flushing
- Mild nausea
Serious Risks:
- Rare allergic reactions
Contraindications:
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Known hypersensitivity to Sermorelin or excipients
Storage:
Store reconstituted solution in the refrigerator. Do not freeze.
